Community Health Clinics – Provide you with medical care, even if you are unable to pay for it. For a complete list of participating providers go to http://ask.hrsa.gov/pc . Hill-Burton Facilities – Facilities participating in the Hill-Burton program are obligated to provide free and low-cost health care service to those who are unable to pay for them. Each facility provides a specific set of services. Eligibility is based on the size of the family and household income. To find a Hill-Burton facilities please visit http://www.hrsa.gov/hillburton/hillburtonfacilities.htm State Medical Assistance Programs – These programs help people with incomes under poverty levels with doctor visits, hospitalizations, prescription services, and insurance premiums. Each state program has its own criteria for establishing eligibility. As over November 2005 over 40 states offer Medical Assistance Programs.
