wags and ruthie

less than two months before i was to have a anterior cervical fusion my Carin terrier of 15 years (wags) died, though i was devastated i knew it was for the best because after my surgery i would have trouble with several motor functions, so GOD did the best thing for both of us(he was beginning to have heart failure brought on by diabetes). almost two years later i was able to find another dog – Ruthie a wonder yellow lab and beagle mix at a local animal adoption facility. truly she has been a life saver for me and i can never explain how great she has been for my husband too. we love her so much and she loves us in actions that you would have to see to believe. having a dog is the best medicine for any condition the love they give you, the desire to make their life better, long walks, hugs and so much more.
