Prescription Assistance
Unemployed 59 Year Old School Teacher with Chronic Back injury and depression. Unemployment benefits do not allow funds to purchase necessary medications, so I have contacted The Medicine Program.com for guidance and assistance. If accepted I will be able to maintain a comfortable life style and be able to continue my search for employment in the teaching profession. Unfortunately, the facility that I was working at laid off employees due to lack of funding due to low enrollment at that facility. Being laid-off and 59 years old has limited my income to a mere $1,488.00 per month for a period up to 26 weeks maximum. I will be 60 December 17, 2006 and am hopeful that in the event I haven’t returned to education, that I will qualify for a program which will entitle me to receive benefits to cover the cost of my medications.
