Not Elegible For Medical Insurance

I have no medical insurance and am not eligible for any. I have been on luvox (taking generic) for years but have been paying out of pocket $250 per month. My mom has called pharmacys and applied for patient assistance programs for me but they have all said that I do not qualify. I do not make a lot of money, but I do live with my mom and I have just told the truth and not lied to try and get help. My mom has helped as much as she can but she and my sister no longer have medical insurance either. Is there anything that can be done? Please can you help me? Thanks for any help you may be able to provide.
