Do Not Use CVS in Knightdale - The Pharmacy Sucks

Terrible customer service. I am taking my business to Walgreen’s. The drive through is a joke, there is never a friendly face. Always expect mininum service is not less. The Pharmacy seems to be overwhelemed and tired all the time. The employees don’t even seem like they get along with each other.

    I agree with you 100% CVS does suck, and sucks everywhere actually. The pharmacy system they currently use was developed in the 1980’s. I was a store manager with CVS for four years, and they were one of the worst companies I ever worked for. Now I work for Walgreens and they are one of the best companies I have ever worked for. And also their pharmacy system is so advanced its awesome. If I was you I would definatley take my business to Walgreens!
