Managing Gall Bladder Disease
A number of years ago I was told I might need gall bladder surgery. When I talked with the doctor further, he said it could be possible that I could manage the pain and avoid surgery by taking an aspirin at the beginning of the uncomfortable feelings in my chest, cut out fried and highly seasoned foods and monitor foods that caused the uncomfortable feelings in my chest.
Through the years I have followed the doctor’s suggestions, have not had to have surgery and have rarely had severe discomfort with pain in my chest. All of this is due to knowing when it is important to take an aspirin and to watching my diet.
