Bipolar Disorder

I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 1997. Because of this, I take many medications - up to ten different medications daily - to maintain my moods. It has literally taken years to get the right combinations of medications so that I can live my life with as few side effects as possible. Sometimes, even with the medications, I am so ill that I cannot work, or function normally. During these times, I wonder if I even want to live. When I am not able to work, this is an incredible financial strain on me. Any drug discount is very helpful, as my medical expenses are generally over $1,000 monthly, including insurance, medications, and therapy.
