RSD
I developed RSD in my left arm following a fall on the ice in January of 2004. I have had no use of my left arm since the accident. I recently fell and broke my right leg. I was in a wheelchair for several weeks as I could not use crutches with just the use of one arm. My life has been turned upside down. I used to work 60+ hours per week plus take care of my house and my family. Now, I can not even take care of myself. My husband and two sons (ages 21 and 7) are angels sent from God. I could not have lived the past three years of my life without any one of them. I have gone through surgeries, procedures, implants, pain medications, therapy, etc. during the past three years. My life will never be the same. I feel the worst for my youngest son as he did not get to have the same fun-loving mother his older brother had!
