Stiff neck and fullness in the ear was due to air pollution
I suffered with persistent stiffness in the left side of my neck from the base of my skull down to the shoulder. It came and went seemingly at random as I could never find anything to explain why it would start or end. I went to ear, nose and throat specialists, took tests, had tubes put in my ears to eliminate possible infection all without any positive results that could be used to pin down a cause. Then we moved to the North Coast of Washington State to a house less than a mile from the Pacific. Our water came from a private 115 foot deep well located on our lot. Within a few days I realized that my stiffness and sinus discomfort was greatly reduced. By the time we had lived there a month I was sure that the problem could be traced to air pollution and/or water treatment in the large city where we had lived (Salt Lake City).

i been have pain neck and stiff long time. can you give me opinion which right medicine help stop pain and stiff.
