Diagnosed Bi-Polar just as my insurance ran out

Just as I was making my Broadway Debut, I was diagnosed with bi-polar disorder.
My doctors didn't see how I could go to the theater each night and perform, sometimes twice in one day, but as the new medications started to work, the debiltating symptoms started to get better a little more each day. It was more the mental stress of not haviing health insurance and using all of my Broadway salary for my recovery that was taking its toll on me.
But I learned that my genetic disease is manageable with medications and I feel better now, months later than I have felt in along time. I just need to be able to be in some program that allows me to stay on my must take for the rest of my life medicine and still afford to pursue my show business career.
