Yoga
I always thought that yoga would be a boring experience, but then I had some middle-aged friends that started doing it. Their experiences were so amazing that they persuaded me to start doing it, too. Doing yoga has changed my life. I’m in my middle 40’s, but I am now more fit than I was in my 20’s. I haven’t had to go to a chiropractor since I started several years ago. I am calmer and feel like every aspect of my life has been enriched and strengthened.
