Let It Flow, Let It Flow, Let It Flow!

Sunday, December 31st, 2006

When my daughter was born, she was perfect! Everything functioned perfectly, was told by the doctor’s that she was in exceptional health. Then all of the sudden, she turned 10 months old and the perfection ended.

My daughter would only have a bowel movement once or twice in a two week period. I took her to doctor after doctor…specialist after specialist and no one could figure out why. She even had a barium enema and still they couldn’t see a problem.

So through a lot of tears and prayer we just kept going. Then my mother got a hold of Evergreen by Sunrider International. She mixed it with their Fortune Delight and within a hour BOOM! Out comes two months worth of stool! It just pour out and filled that diaper up!

I went back to the doctor and told her what happened. She was just as excited as I was and told me to keep giving her the Evergreen and everything is fine.

Ever since then…she has never had a problem. Now my daughter is 6 years old and healthy!

By the way…Evergreen is highly concentrated chlorophyll, sold through distributors for Sunrider International.

Placenta Previa

Sunday, December 31st, 2006

During this pregnancy, I have been confined to bed rest. The placenta attached itself too low on the uterus. I notice that if I walk around too much, there is way too much pressure on my lower stomach. With the extensive bed rest, I’ve not had any bleeding, which most women have by this time.

The bed rest is helping prolong the pregnancy. I’m just hoping that I can carry this baby to full term.

Poor Health

I am a 37-year-old female who has diabetes, high cholesterol and high triglycerides. The prescription drugs cut into our budget deeply and I am searching for a more affordable way to be able to take the drugs I need but not go broke. I also suffer from depression and insomnia, so when I add these drugs I am spending over $250 per month on medications. I have three teenagers and would like to be able to save that money for their college education instead of buying prescription medication for myself. I realize I have a part to play and with diet and exercise I may be able to go off some of the medication, which I am planning on doing. However, in the mean time, it is necessary to take the medication to combat the effects of the diabetes, etc. There has to be a way to combat the prices of medication and I am hoping the medicine program will do this for me.

Depression

Zoloft helped with my depression along with martial arts training. The martial arts are a great way to help depression symptoms. I also take medication for the depression and anxiety. There are many medication options available. Check with your doctor to see which one is right for you.

Aging Gracefully

Sunday, December 31st, 2006

My husband and I decided three years ago that we were going into ‘training’. We would eat more fruit and vegetables, less sweets, reduce our intake of ‘white’ things, and get more exercise. My husband dropped 25 pounds in his weight; I dropped 8 (of course he was heavier in comparison). We feel better and look better and younger. We pay our own health insurance so we are always looking for ways to decrease the amount we pay for prescriptions.
