I had excruciating pain for 24 years as back then doctors had said there was nothing they could do for me………. and today I have had spinal fusion on the lower discs and am grateful that I have just about overcome all the agony that I was in………… Thanks to Crystal clinic doctors in Akron Ohio………… I was unable to walk at the end and had went to a doctor that said he could improve my life………..and he did……………..

my daughter Brianna was born w/ several conditions and i was always at doctor's offices and the worst part was paying for all those co-payments and co-pays for alot of medications. not only for her but myself and my oldest daughter too. i think I would love to save money, doesn't everyone?

I have a bad case of mitral valve prolapse that worsened after I had a tonsiletomy at the age of 19. My Doctor found it and prescribed to me tenormin 50 mg. and it helps me alot. I highly suggest tenormin for this condition. I am currently in seach of a good sleep medication that will not make me drowsy in the mornings. I have trouble falling asleep.

I just graduated from college and my employer does not offer an affordable insurance plan, so I am without helath insurance. At this point I am not able to afford much, but I hope this card will help me with the prescription costs.
